All orders ship free via USPS ground (3-6 business days for delivery). Please see listing for expedited shipping options.

Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier, and are not guaranteed by Trusty Tronics. There are no refunds on expedited shipping charges under any circumstances. Please note ORDERS PLACED FOR DELIVERY TO AK/HI are required to purchase the $14.99 2 Day shipping upgrade as free ground shipping to these locations is unreliable, and can take up to 30 days.

Trusty Tronics DOES NOT Ship to Puerto Rico (PR). Orders placed with a delivery address in PR will be automatically cancelled and refunded in accordance with the posted cancellation policy.

For shipping to freight/package forwarders, there is no need to contact us first, but please use PayPal to checkout.

If a device is listed as carrier locked, it is NOT unlockable. Please do not purchase with the intention or expectation of unlocking it later. Returns for this reason will be subject to the standard restocking fee — no exceptions. If in need of an unlocked device, please only purchase a listing clearly marked Unlocked.

All devices come with a 30 or 60 day (see listing) functional/defect warranty. This does not apply to normal battery degredation, nor any damage caused to the device after purchase. All returns are retested, and checked for modifications, or other damage including liquid.

All other returns (cosmetic discrepency, changed mind, ordered wrong device, buyer's remorse etc.) are subject to the greater of a non-negotiable 15% (10% for devices $499+), or $25 minimum restocking fee to be deducted from return. This restocking fee covers nonrefundable payment processing fees, return shipping, promoted listing fees, device depreciation, and other associated costs. If you choose to keep the provided charge cable when returning a device, a $5 fee will apply.

Please carefully read the individual "damage description" provided in each listing (if applicable), and our company condition guide outlined in the listing above. If looking to purchase a device in like new condition, please purchase a device in MINT condition.

Trusty Tronics is not responsible for any change in manufacturer warranty status post purchase for any reasons.

Please be sure to factory reset/erase/remove accounts before returning devices. Once a return request is approved, it is the responsibility of the buyer to safely package, label, and return device WITHIN 3 BUSINESS DAYS. Please be sure to obtain proof of mailing / receipt for all returned orders.

Order cancellations (i.e. address change, ordered wrong device, changed mind etc. prior to shipping) are subject to the greater of 6% of order total, or $20 minimum cancellation fee which covers nonrefundable payment processing and other associated listing fees. This includes address errors, as we are required to ship exactly to the provided address.

Orders returned to sender for any reason will be automatically refunded, minus the standard 15% restocking fee. Reshipping to the correct address will be at the discretion of the seller, and on a case by case basis. If agreed, a $20 reshipment fee will apply.
