Seller customer service is good, and shipping is fast, but the new phone is not what I expected. I didn't know the Samsung s24+ was worse than the Galaxy S10+.

Sold a device with a cheap replacement screen. The phones screen cracked on its own not even after a month of normal usage. Swappa should have to require sellers to disclose if a non oem screen is on the device.

Everything as described. Great laptop in good condition.
