Beautiful watch, Brand New

I just now looked at the watch before wrapping it as my daughter's Christmas present. I understand the watch is used, and understand that what I bought was in "fair" condition. What I received was a watch that looked nothing like the picture (these people use one photo for several watches they are trying to sell so buyer beware). There is a huge scratch down the screen, it's awful. I now have to order watch bands for the watch because they included half of a watch band with the purchase. I feel extremely mislead, and will make sure I never buy from them again. The only positive was it was fast shipping, and arrived a day earlier. Super disappointed, and after looking for a replacement I saw more of their listings with the exact same photo that I purchased, I now understand they are deliberately deceiving in order to make a sale. Hope this helps anyone.
