Item was packaged in a bubble mailer, wrapped in bubble wrap, inside another bubble mailer. No box, no extras, just the phone itself. Item is as described. My only complaint was there was no tracking for the first couple days so I had no idea when it would be to me. It was shipped on a Tues and received on a Fri.
