The device arrived bent, which was not indicated in the listing. Communicating with the seller was not easy, and Swappa staff had to be involved for every step and every question raised during the return. Once staff was involved, the seller responded and refunded the sale, but was not responsive at any other point without the incentive of staff being involved.
