Phone was described as in good condition with a screen that did not have any cracks. Received a phone that had a small crack in the bottom left corner. Phone was otherwise as described. It is possible that the phone was damaged during shipping. Contacted the seller and he was willing to offer a return however was not willing to offer a partial refund which is what I had requested. Ultimately, this problem could have been prevented by the seller using better packaging materials and techniques. Seller was also not willing to offer partial compensation for the damaged phone.

I had a very inconvenient experience with this seller. The phone I bought and needed for my travel out of the country was not usable because the seller forgot to remove a remote management app. Thankfully I was given a full refund when I returned it a month later without a single problem. The seller did the right thing in response to the issue but if tight for time, I would hesitate to shop here again.
