Tigerphones was great to work with; highly trustworthy. Their customer service was fast, professional, and helpful. I purchased a "TMobile phone" thinking it would work with Sprint since TMobile and Sprint had merged. However, after I received the phone, I found out the phone would not work with my carrier. Thus, I contacted Tigerphones and explained the situation, and they were very understanding. They sent me a prepaid label to return the phone, and they fully refunded the purchase price. They were AWESOME and helpful. Sometimes how a company handles situations such as these speaks loudly about who they are. A great company!

Shipping Policies
We know you are excited to receive your item, so we do our best to ship it FAST and package it SECURELY. Orders ship SAME DAY if ordered before 3 PM Eastern M-F. We ship all orders by USPS First-Class mail with tracking and delivery confirmation. Item's typically arrive in 3-5 mailing days from order date.
Return & Refund Policies
All of our items are guaranteed for 60 days. We will replace or refund you for any functional issue. This does not include drops, cracks, or water damage caused while in your possession.
