I purchased a used S5 that was sold as mint, but looked new when I received it! It took some serious searching to find any cosmetic flaws. Only snafu was the cord didn't work. I tried the cord with other plugs and it didn't work. I tried other cords with the plug that was sent and those worked, so I knew it was the cord. I went into the sale knowing this was a real possibility given the past reviews, but as the past reviews state, the seller made it right when I contacted them. Sent me a new cord asap (two cords in fact! and both work.). The cord is important, but it's going to wear out eventually and I knew I would need a new one. The phone is what really mattered, and for my experience the phone was in superb condition. The seller shipped fast, bought on Thursday afternoon, received on Tuesday (seller in Midwest, buyer in Midwest, though a few states away). I am very pleased with my first transaction on Swappa. I'm so glad I found this site!

Please make the insurance/coverage option more noticable on your website, as I completely missed it until my purchase was made. And literally one day after I received the phone, the screen broke.... Phone was in great condition before then though!
