Received phone as advertised cosmetically, after 1 week have had continual issues with rebooting having to allow full battery drain prior to initializing phone. Update: Seller has been very responsive offering full refund or replacement. Will see if a replacement will remedy the issue.

The phone I received had an activated water damage sticker, so I returned it. The replacement phone wasn't able to charge even after trying multiple chargers, so I had to return that as well. I'm happy with the third phone, no problems! Customer service was helpful, but the process took time.

Shipping Policies

We know you are excited to receive your item, so we do our best to ship it FAST and package it SECURELY. Orders ship SAME DAY if ordered before 3 PM Eastern M-F. We ship all orders by USPS First-Class mail with tracking and delivery confirmation. Item's typically arrive in 3-5 mailing days from order date.
