Phone was advertised as mint condition but the camera was broken. It is functional but there are scratches on the lens which appear in all images.

Phone will not allow software updates. Have tried multiple times and it goes through the entire process, (downloading, rebooting, etc.) but always comes up with a notification at the end that software update has failed. Specialist at Verizon store said that I will need to do a Factory data reset and that if it still did not work, then I need to talk to the folks where I bought the phone.
