The first phone I received had a bug which caused it to automatically press the back button over and over once it was under load and warm. Tiger phones support was good to work with and got a new (although smaller storage) phone and credited the difference. I received it a few days later but it was the wrong carrier (Verizon instead of AT&T). Contacted support again and got the right phone sent with a free screen protector (which was cracked in half). Overall not a good experience but glad I got the correct working phone in the end.
