This experience was neutral. It started out very negative. I selectively purchased a mint condition phone in good faith. I was sent a phone that has major cosmetic damage, burnt out button lights, finger prints inside of the camera lens from refurbishing, and OLED burn in. The seller was only willing to concede to a $40 credit. Going to have to work with a repaired to get the phone in usable condition as I cannot deal with the long process of returning and being without a phone.
