I ordered a "good" condition phone, and received a phone in "fair" condition. I contacted Tigerphones aka AYE quite rapidly, and did not hear from them for many days. It took two weeks before they figured out a solution (upgrading me to an S7 phone instead, and charging me $80 for the upgrade.. They also required an extra fee of $100 to allow me to keep the original phone until I had received the new device (they wanted me to ship back the original phone before they could send out the new device...)

Even then, they labeled this new phone in "excellent" condition, while in reality, it had a broken camera, so I'm not sure how they missed that. Due to my initial experience being very disruptive to my schedule, I decided to go straight to the Verizon store instead of trying to return another phone. The email support manager (who's 'profile pic' is of the actress Alexis Bledel) has not responded since charging my paypal, and has not returned my "hold fee." Do. Not. Recommend.
