The first phone one I received had a dead battery but I emailed the company and they replied within a very reasonable time period. After several emails back and forth the rep agreed that there was an issue and sent us a shipping label to mail the phone back.

Due to the problems we experienced the company upgraded our phone at no additional charge and had a new phone out to us within 2 days.

We are pleased with the quality of the second phone we received & the customer service we received from Anne at the company. She quickly address our issues and was our rep throughout the entire process. We would purchase from them again.

Just got an IPhone 6s plus. Came in great condition, with no obviously scratches or marks. However, charging device came broken.

Shipping Policies

We know you are excited to receive your item, so we do our best to ship it FAST and package it SECURELY. Orders ship SAME DAY if ordered before 3 PM Eastern M-F. We ship all orders by USPS First-Class mail with tracking and delivery confirmation. Item's typically arrive in 3-5 mailing days from order date.
