The sale, as such, was very good. I received the phone quite quickly, and in very good condition. I switched the SIM card from the old phone, copied all of the info by air drop, and began using the new phone. However, after a few days went by, we now are not able to charge the new phone. We have tried multiple chargers (both 110v as well as 12v car chargers) and multiple cords, and I have cleaned out the charging port on the phone. But it simply refuses to charge. So I will need to return the phone unless you can help me know what is wrong.
