This purchase was intensely frustrating. The original phone did not work on the phone network it was described to work with. That phone was sent back, but problems with USPS pickup and tracking resulted in a two-week transit time (and theft investigation). If this seller wants good customer experience, it will test the phones on the network advertised and not use the USPS. Only Customer support (Anne) made this ordeal survivable.
