Customer service was fantastic, I had an issue and they addressed it and made me whole straight away. My only concern was that the phone camera was completely non functional straight out of the box, the shutter kept clicking and the the camera never focused (a common failure of 6 plus and 6s plus phones, a google search later revealed). This is something they should have easily discovered prior to sending to me, making me question their pre-ship inspection policy. Still, they reimbursed me for the repair fee after I took it to the Apple store so I'm satisfied with the outcome overall.
