I received the phone I noticed that the screen was lifted on the edges as if it was taken apart and put back together poorly. When I went to charge the phone the screen turned black and wouldn't turn on again. I tried to factory re-set it via itunes and itunes stated it could not re-set due to iOS issues. From then, I started getting an overheating issue on the phone even though the phone itself was cool to the touch. I need a refund as it doesn't work at all and I can't use the phone.

We ship all orders by USPS First-Class mail with tracking and delivery confirmation. Item's typically arrive in 3-5 mailing days from order date.
