Phenomenal experience.
First phone that I ordered was not able to be activated on my carrier due to a problem with the previous owner's account (although Ron said the IMEI number showed up clean on his database). Ron, offered to replace or refund and I chose to get a replacement. The replacement phone was shipped quickly and works great! I'm very satisfied. A 30-day return policy is offered on all purchases. A 5% restocking fee will be applied to all buyer's remorse returns and order cancellations. If the device is found to be defective, the restocking fee will be waived.
