The phone arrived in great condition physically. There seemed to be a software issue causing the phone to randomly reboot/get stuck on boot loop. After troubleshooting with the manufacturer and the issue not being resolved, I contacted the seller. They immediately offered a replacement with no restocking fee. After a bit more troubleshooting, the software issues seems to have worked themselves out. Great product, and great customer service!

Return & Refund Policies
Refunds and exchanges are only accepted within 30 days of the purchase date. Item must be in the same cosmetic condition as it was shipped. Furthermore, Water & Physical damage will not be accepted for an Exchange or Refund. All items must be returned in original packaging with all accessories. The buyer is responsible for return shipping (unless the item is the defective or wrong item was sent), and items must be sent back to us within 7 days of receiving return instructions. Lastly, Items returned for the incorrect shipping address, incompatible carrier, Personal dislike, or Re-delivery of an item would have a flat 15% restocking fee.
