FedEx lost my package. I don't fault the seller whatsoever for that -- totally understand, it's out of their and my control.
What was in their control was their handling of the situation. Having to constantly prod them to get an update from FedEx, move the missing package process along (which only they can move along), and ultimately get my money back (yes, I had to remind them to finally issue the refund) over the course of a month showed me that their priorities are not with the buyer. I'm making sure that anything I order on Swappa in the future is not from this seller.

Shipping: All items are shipped within 1 business day from Lombard, IL, via USPS (Insurance included). Item will deliver within 2-5 Business days, and we do not ship internationally.
Return & Refund Policies
Refunds and exchanges are only accepted within 30 days of the purchase date. Item must be in the same cosmetic condition as it was shipped. Furthermore, Water & Physical damage will not be accepted for an Exchange or Refund. All items must be returned in original packaging with all accessories. The buyer is responsible for return shipping (unless the item is the defective or wrong item was sent), and items must be sent back to us within 7 days of receiving return instructions. Lastly, Items returned for the incorrect shipping address, incompatible carrier, Personal dislike, or Re-delivery of an item would have a flat 15% restocking fee.
