Phone arrived as advertised brand new. Phone had a few audio issues, through no fault of the seller. The seller was able to reassure me during the period of audio issues that Apple would repair/replace the iphone. The seller was correct. To my delight Apple replaced my phone with a brand new phone, and for extra protection i added applecare for 2 years. This is my 1st iPhone, and 1st time buying via the Swappa platform, so i was very, very nervous. However, everything worked out well, and I would highly recommend this seller to friends and family who want a new iPhone, but don't want to pay the usual price tag that goes with it. Will buy all my future phones from this seller due to their integrity.
Screen has micro scratches on it because the plastic protector was removed prior to receiving. Only mentioned because it was listed as new. Not sure why you would have to remove the plastic in order to take photos of the screen to sell.
Also, the charging block had quite a bit of fuzz stuck on it under the plastic covering.

Phone didn't work initially when it arrived. They addressed my issue and a factory reset did the trick. Appreciate the customer service.
Update: phone has been nothing but trouble. Volume button was broke. Typing lag keeps coming back and the screen kept having phantom touches where the phone would become unusable. It was a piece of junk.

Return & Refund Policies
Refunds and exchanges are only accepted within 30 days of the purchase date. Item must be in the same cosmetic condition as it was shipped. Furthermore, Water & Physical damage will not be accepted for an Exchange or Refund. All items must be returned in original packaging with all accessories. The buyer is responsible for return shipping (unless the item is the defective or wrong item was sent), and items must be sent back to us within 7 days of receiving return instructions. Lastly, Items returned for the incorrect shipping address, incompatible carrier, Personal dislike, or Re-delivery of an item would have a flat 15% restocking fee.
