The phone was not the same condition it was sold as. While the company did give a refund they refunded the base price not adding in the taxes. I also had to pay to ship the phone back.
Great seller - they shipped fast and the product was exactly as described.
Sale was all good except that it was open box not, "new". The battery had been cut open and the seal was loose. Seller did not rectify.

Return & Refund Policies
Refunds and exchanges are only accepted within 30 days of the purchase date. Item must be in the same cosmetic condition as it was shipped. Furthermore, Water & Physical damage will not be accepted for an Exchange or Refund. All items must be returned in original packaging with all accessories. The buyer is responsible for return shipping (unless the item is the defective or wrong item was sent), and items must be sent back to us within 7 days of receiving return instructions. Lastly, Items returned for the incorrect shipping address, incompatible carrier, Personal dislike, or Re-delivery of an item would have a flat 15% restocking fee.
