Sorry for the delay in completing sale ... it was a gift and was only recently opened/activated. Everything seems to be as described and as listed.
Listed as 'new factory sealed'. What I received was open box, factory wrap on phone missing, fingerprints and smudges all over the phone and sim eject tool missing. Could have saved money and purchased open box or mint condition from another vendor if that's what I had wanted. If the seal wasn't broken I wouldn't have checked the phone. It is to be a Christmas gift. I would have been embarrassed to give it that way. Well lesson learned. You only get one chance to make a first impression.

Return & Refund Policies
Refunds and exchanges are only accepted within 30 days of the purchase date. Item must be in the same cosmetic condition as it was shipped. Furthermore, Water & Physical damage will not be accepted for an Exchange or Refund. All items must be returned in original packaging with all accessories. The buyer is responsible for return shipping (unless the item is the defective or wrong item was sent), and items must be sent back to us within 7 days of receiving return instructions. Lastly, Items returned for the incorrect shipping address, incompatible carrier, Personal dislike, or Re-delivery of an item would have a flat 15% restocking fee.
