Phone is exactly as described. I did pay for expedited shipping and it never got shipped that way. When I told the seller that he tried to tell me that he used usps instead of fedex and it was 2 day shipping. Took 5 business day to get here and a couple messages to get my money refunded for the shipping, really frustrating!

Return & Refund Policies
Refunds and exchanges are only accepted within 30 days of the purchase date. Item must be in the same cosmetic condition as it was shipped. Furthermore, Water & Physical damage will not be accepted for an Exchange or Refund. All items must be returned in original packaging with all accessories. The buyer is responsible for return shipping (unless the item is the defective or wrong item was sent), and items must be sent back to us within 7 days of receiving return instructions. Lastly, Items returned for the incorrect shipping address, incompatible carrier, Personal dislike, or Re-delivery of an item would have a flat 15% restocking fee.
