condition was excellent, came with a cable, 80% charge, and arrived one day early...
Device had a poor battery. In good faith it was sent back for an exchange instead of refund. After approximately 2 weeks they told me that they can't issue an exchange so they'll refund. It was disappointing that I waited for 2 weeks to get the news that an exchange wouldn't be happening.
