Overall easy return experience for a fault device. Unfortunately, the IMEI wasn't clean although the device itself was solid

Very good product and fast delivery

After initially receiving a phone that had an unpaid AT&T bill for the device, we contacted the seller who replaced the initial device with one with twice the memory to make sale whole. Now, we’re set.

Phone arrived as described, but lackluster service resulted in shipping issues. Seller did not ship UPS as described, and shipped via FedEx, which cost me an unexpected $5 to pick up from the UPS store I had it sent to, since it wasn't a UPS package.
