The listing stated the phone would ship within two days, but it did not. I was unable to get in touch with the seller and had to involve Swappa staff to get any response. I was promised a “partial refund” for the inconvenience, but after two follow-up attempts regarding that refund, I’ve received no response—again. I’ve had multiple successful transactions on Swappa in the past, but this experience was disappointing and has left a sour taste in my mouth.

iPhone arrived fairly quickly and in good conditions exactly as described in the listing. Thanks for a smooth transaction!

Immediately noticed and reported problems with purchase. Seller did not respond for several months, despite pings from myself and Swappa staff, until I stopped checking the site altogether. Seller offered a partial refund, and when I found this out several months later when attempting to purchase a new phone, walked back this offer citing their "several" efforts to make things right and the time I took to respond. After pressing the matter, I have again received no response in weeks. Highly dissatisfied.
