I didn’t exactly open the box so I’m not sure of its condition. I received it faster than expected and it looked like it was a brand new box

Had some trouble activating the phone with AT&T Prepaid but now it is working fine.

Unfortunately, the iPhone turned up as "blocked" when I tried to activate on T-Mobile. I had to do more legwork to prove this then I thought was necessary but, in the end, Seller agreed to refund the purchase price. Swappa could’ve resolved this in 5 minutes by having anyone on their staff contact T-Mobile (as I did) and try and activate the phone (as I did). They would’ve been told the same thing and this matter could’ve been resolved sooner. Instead, Swappa staff disappeared and they get a Fail.
