Sold me a “New” phone that was property of US Coast Guard. Agreed to make a refund after I returned the phone. Made and then cancelled the refund. I filed a dispute with Paypal who made the refund to me, but now has to deal with him. Do not buy from this seller!

AVOID!! I was sold a “new” phone that ended up being property of the US COAST GUARD. Couldn’t activate it. Seller agreed to refund then CANCELLED REDUND after I had shipped the phone back. One month later and I’m still trying to get my money back through PayPal disputes, radio silence from seller... I GOT SCAMMED! Do yourself a favor and avoid this guy

Seller sent me a fraudulent iPhone. I requested a full refund and they canceled the refund before it could be processed. This is a SCAM!!! AVOID!!!
