The phone came in a better than expected condition.

Laptop came as reported in the specs. However, it was not factory-new as reported. It was actually refurbished as it was missing the "Designed By Apple" packet.

Appreciate the phones. I wish the tracking info had been provided, as they arrived much later than I was anticipating.

Happy with my purchase

Had some issues with tracking. USPS. Took a week and a half to get here. Tracking finally started working about a day before delivery. It was a rush order do to damaged phone. If I could do it again I’d look around for something with UPS, faster shipping and working tracking. Not the sellers fault but definitely ruined the experience not knowing if the phone shipped actually or if it’d ever arrive.
