my worst transaction on swap. I bought a phone that came locked and had a glitch on the screen.
I reached out to have a refund or have the issue addressed. Seller asked a single question and disappear.
to this date issue has not been resolved.

He sold me a defective cell phone and when I returned the cell phone I have no answer or return and Swappa only says that they are not direct sellers

Although I had to return the device, the Seller was outstanding. They addressed the problem I had in a timely manner. They kept me updated with the progress of resolving the issue. And when it was realized my issue could not be resolved. I returned the device and they promptly refunded my money.

I would buy from this Seller again.

Perfect! The phone arrived wrapped in layers of bubble wrap and as described. Shipping was quick. No problems at all.

Sale went ok. Device seems to be in good condition. Not sure it’s new as advertised. The box was slid into a different plastic wrapper that had a tag on it stating the phone was “black.” The actual device is “white.” So definitely not the original plastic seal. Would probably pass on this seller in the future.
