Everything looks good except there is a wrong charging cable in it. As far as appearance, it looks good.
The original earpiece does not work properly and its staticky when trying to make a call.
Also, the battery doesn't last long as supposed.

I'm not sure if you did a battery health check, but it looks like it's not as mint condition...
I got a new charging cable and it works fine...

Mistakes were made! It seems no one took the screen protector off to even look at the actual screen, there is minor screen burn, which I asked about specifically and was told there was none, the s pen tip/nib was nearly crushed making it unusable, the screen protector was barely hanging on making it hard to type, even with the sensitivity turned up and they sent the wrong charging cable. The phone itself is fine, it works like it should, and the price was right, but someone dropped the ball.
