I received my Samsung Note 10 plus yesterday, but was very surprised to see a $600 cellphone shipped in bubble wrap and a regular USPS plastic, bag-like envelope. I would have expected something so expensive to have been shipped in something more secure like a box to minimize the chance of damaging. I didn't want to be the person to leave negative feedback, but I left a neutral rating as I was pleased with the price of my purchase, my package shipped quickly, package was received quickly and I did receive a quick response to a question. Overall a good experience, but the shipment package should have been much more secure. We got lucky it wasn't damaged.
