Great price! Easy transaction, and the phone is in perfect condition. After having a not so great situation with a different company sending me a phone that was not unlocked, I was nervous about trying to buy again on a different site, however... This purchase turned out to be far easier, better pricing, and much faster turn around getting us the phone.

Great condition! Can you tell me if needing to charge the battery every 24-30 hours is normal? I've been monitoring the need to charge and it seems to be right at about 28 hours.

I received the phone quickly which was great but when I switched to the new phone I was alerted that it had been "rooted or altered" and was unable to support certain apps nor my digital wallet. It also had a Fitbit app that showed up that was not present on my old phone which along with the "rooted or altered" message makes me fear for the security of the phone. I am unsure how to proceed, please advise. Thank you!

Unfortunately their ratings did not result in the same expectation for this purchase.
Photos were taken in such a way it did not show the marks on a phone listed as "pristine, and no signs of wear". This device was to be given as a mint condition phone for Christmas.
The return process was equally annoying, I had to go out my way further to purchase postage and and spend more time dealing with a return than wanted.
Overall unsatisfied and would not buy from again.
