Screen was in good condition with next to no actual scratches. Camera was also on pristine condition. I asked the seller about these and while he spoke transparently, it was better than I expected.

Obviously, a very reputable seller and this transaction is solid evidence supporting why. Very trustworthy and easy to communicate with.

Phone works fine and has the battery as reported. But, the photos and the phone do not match. The photos showed almost minimal to no scratches or wear and tear on the phone, but the one I received had significant scratches on the screen. Swappa should required the bulk resellers to post actual photos of the device. Probably would not purchase from the seller and swappa again.

Phone arrived in great condition, one minor scratch that you can barely notice. Works great.

Seller's description and was exactly what we got... Mint condition. Phone's been running great with zero problems. I will definitely order from swappa again.
