This is an EXLECCENT seller and I will be doing business with them whenever the need arises again!!!! Would definitely recommend them!

Phone didn't work. Filed a return and paid to ship the phone back. Have uploaded proof that I shipped the item back to them at the correct address, incouding tracking number, and copies of the receipt and detailed shipping invoice from UPS. Tracking number showed the package was delivered. They claim they never received the package and refused to process refund. Buyer beware, sold a defective product and then for whatever reason claimed they didn't receive the delivered package, and refused to process refund.

Phone look terrific and seems to work great. thanks again for a great sale.

Had 2 small deep scratches under the screen protector and power button is mushy.
