The Google Pixel 4a (mint) was damaged out of the box in such a way to make using the phone/making calls completely impossible. The echo is so bad that, while I can hear the caller, they can not understand anything I say. Almost completely useless to me.

The phone, though showing as unlocked by Verizon, will not work with any carrier other than Verizon. They said they can do an emergency unlock but not without the original account number and pin. If I can't get that info I have a phone that won't work on any carrier but Verizon and that's not why I bought it. So I'm 200 dollars in the hole with a phone that's useless to me currently. Extremely irritated and disappointed.

The screen had some pretty deep scratches, but oh well.

"Good condition" felt more like fair. Noticeable scratches and screen burn. Still a decent deal and seller shipped it fast.
