Scott was extremely helpful in answering questions promptly and addressing my billing address error quickly. I especially appreciated that he accommodated my request to ship to Canada despite this not being his normal practice (mind you Canadian users reading this that you will incur some duties - federal and provincial tax, as well as brokerage fees). I am delighted to have this phone which I could not find locally so many thanks Scott!
