The phone (Moto G4) was exactly what I expected from Scott.

BUYERS BE AWARE that this model has a hardware issue related to the SIM card reader. Basically, once one put the SIM card into place, the phone won't recognize it. SOLUTION: Put a piece of scotch tape on the back of the sim card to force tighter contact with the reader.

Shipped fast, but the screen has been having ghost touch issues after one day.

EDIT: Still having some pretty bad ghost touch issues after multiple factory resets. I find it hard to believe that the seller didn't know about this before selling.

Phone arrived very quickly. It is just as pictured and described.

Very prompt delivery. When I received the iPod it didn't seem to work. The seller responded immediately and with the seller's help I discovered that iTunes on my laptop was corrupted and needed to be reinstalled. Now everything works, including an old iPod I thought to be defunct. I'm thrilled....five sparkling stars for sure.
