The initial sale went very well, and I received the phone within two days. However, after initial setup, I noticed that the storage of the device was not what I had purchased. Going back to the listing, the oprion select for the listing was 256GB of storage, however, in their description of the item they said it was 128GB. I initiated communication and they acknowledged their mistake and began the return process. I reset the phone to factory, but it took two additional days for them to send me the paid shipping label. During the wait, I clarified that their intent was to send me the 256GB model of the phone as soon as they received the first device back. Unfortunately they couldn’t meet their intent because by the time they received the first phone back, they no longer had a 256GB model in stock. I received a notification that a refund had been processed and another notification that the sale was cancelled. I had to ask for clarification afterward to find out what happened.

Excellent purchase. Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra was unlocked and received in Mint condition. Seller sent the correct phone model (SM-N986U1). All software/firmware seems to function as intended, and there were no detectable hardware damages.

We are unable to change shipping addresses after purchase.

Return & Refund Policies

To qualify for an refund, the phone must be fully reset to the "Hello Screen/Setup Screen" and power on for IMEI verification. IMEI must match. Please give us 1 Business day to approve it.
Physical damage or any other damage not present at the time of purchase voids refunds eligibility. If there is any damage present once we receive the item we have the right to charge a 50% restocking fee.
Once the item has arrived back to us, please allow us 1-3 business days to provide an exchange/refund.
Returned phones must include all the accessories given; absence results in a $20 deduction from the refund amount.
Order cancellations are subject to a 10% restocking fee + shipping cost.
Non-defective item returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee + shipping cost.
