Physical damage or any other damage not present at the time of purchase voids refunds eligibility. If there is any damage present once we receive the item we have the right to charge a 50% restocking fee.

Once the item has arrived back to us, please allow us 1-3 business days to provide an exchange/refund.

Returned phones must include all the accessories given; absence results in a $20 deduction from the refund amount.
