The phone was as described. Quick shipping. Overall good transaction.
I received the order in 3 business days and it arrived in excellent condition.
The phone did not perform as expected. Seller provided a return label and refunded my purchase.
Phone is working as expected
There was no communication from seller for several days until I initiated it & notified Swappa.
Quick fast shipping and answers fast but Mint condition is misleading. It's not a mint condition phone, has a lot of wear and tear on the bezel and back cover, glue on the bezel which means that the screen or back or both were replaced. Caution when you see mint condition in other phones.
While the watch was as described, the watch band that was sent is clearly meant for a larger watch. It hangs over the edge of the watch and is very unattractive. I will need to buy a new watch band. This is disappointing, so I doubt I'd buy from this vendor again.
EDIT: The seller made this right by shipping a new, appropriately fitting watch band.

All orders placed before 2 PM CST are shipped same day.
We are unable to change shipping addresses after purchase.
Please verify that your shipping address is correct before purchasing.
If the address is not validated or if any address change is requested, we reserve the right to cancel and refund the order, and a 10% restocking fee will apply.
We will provide a full refund prior to shipment if the order is deemed fraudulent or the address is invalid.
We do not ship on holidays.
We do not ship internationally or to any APO/FPO, US Protectorates, or PO Box addresses.
We provide fast USPS First Class shipping for free (3–5 business days).

Return & Refund Policies
All of our devices come with a 30-day money back guarantee for technical issues.
To qualify for an refund, the phone must be fully reset to the "Hello Screen/Setup Screen" and power on for IMEI verification. IMEI must match. Please give us 1 Business day to approve it.
Physical damage or any other damage not present at the time of purchase voids refunds eligibility. If there is any damage present once we receive the item we have the right to charge a 50% restocking fee.
Once the item has arrived back to us, please allow us 1-3 business days to provide an exchange/refund.
Returned phones must include all the accessories given; absence results in a $20 deduction from the refund amount.
Order cancellations are subject to a 10% restocking fee + shipping cost.
Non-defective item returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee + shipping cost.
