I was very happy with the phone that I received for my daughter. Not only was the phone in mint condition, but the seller also included a little case and a new screen protector and an adapter with charging cord. I would definitely buy from this seller again!!! Highly recommend

I purchased an iPhone 8 from seller....he said it was unlocked. I was excited to get the phone, it was in perfect condition! But, it ended up costing me 3.5 hours of time, 60 miles of driving, and visiting 2 carriers and 1 Apple store to realize that the phone is locked and useless. What a waste of time! I asked seller to give me a good discount on another phone for all of my troubles.....no response from seller. The good news is that seller was very polite, provided a free return shipping label, and gave a prompt full refund. However, I will not be purchasing anything else from seller. And this is my first and last time using Swappa.
