Arrived timely, and all as advertised except a little dingy the front white border of iPhone .

Seller acts with the highest integrity. I ordered a phone, but the next day learned that it wouldn't work with my wireless provider. (This was not the seller's fault at all: The product's description clearly identified which model of phone it was. I just hadn't understood the significance of that model number.) The phone had already shipped by the time I realized that. But -- even though the fault was entirely mine -- the seller provided a return shipping label and refunded my purchase. I am VERY impressed with this seller.

Very bad experience. Phone was advertised as unlocked and in pristine condition. The phone was locked to a carrier. Not only that but the screen was an inferior LCD replacement, not the original OLED. This was not mentioned in the ad. Seller did not rspond initially for a day and a half. Sent me a return label promising to let me know as soon as he received the phone back. I contacted him 2 days after he received it. Then he tells me there is a problem with his PayPal account. How convenient. 3 days latter I finally received my refund. I will not be doing business with them again as I do not think they can be trusted and are slow to respond.
