I never received the phone. $600 down the drain. They never responded to me. Swappa did nothing to help. I won't be using either anymore.

Battery depleted, phone unable to be unlocked due to payment plan outstanding on phone from previous owner.

Bought the phone and son used it primarily off wifi at home. When he started trying to use it with data (long after purchase), it would not work.

Contacted carrier who said phone was blacklisted. Called previous carrier of phone who told me that the phone had been tied to a business account that had reported it lost/stolen. I thought resellers were supposed to wait a certain amount of time before reselling phones for this very reason.

Great phone!

Went above and beyond to make it right after an issue with the first phone shipped. Appreciate it!
