I rebooted with a Verizon sim card, now it looks ok.

I also checked the IMEI on the Verizon web site, and it says that this phone IS compatible with Verizon.

Thank you so much. The first phone looked amazing. But when I was doing the set up it said to restart. When I did this it didn't restart. I contacted the seller and they were amazing and exchanged it for me. It was a easy process and they worked with me explaining everything with me.

I asked to exchange with the same phone as the one that didn't work. And they did. This one is in great condition just a couple marks on the outside but not as good as the first one. But this one seems to be working great. Which is what I needed!
