Better than expected

Device was in great shape. Seller provided excellent packaging and fast shipping.

I made 2 purchases from this user. The first phone arrived quickly and I was very happy except that they failed to do a complete phone restore that made the phone useless to me. They said they would refund my money if I shipped it back. I shipped it back 2 weeks ago and have yet to receive a refund. They aren't responding to any messages. The 2nd order was fast and everything went well but until I receive a refund for the first phone that is currently in their possession I will not change this rating.

I received the phone quickly and it looks great. I have not had a chance to test it yet with an active sim card, but I tested everything out using it as a wifi device and it worked great. Thanks so much.
