The phone was as advertised and working properly. No issues.

Phone came promptly. It wouldn't download pictures sent by text and was having other issues. Sprint store determined it hadn't had any software updates. They kept it for 4 hours doing update, after update. It seems to be working fine now and we are enjoying phone. It would have been nice to know that it needed updates or had already been updated prior to sale. Very worrisome for a few days.

Phone arrived in the condition in the listing. However, the listing also showed "Original box and accessories", which wasn't true. I contacted the seller and received an apology, but no action to make it right. Disappointed in false listing.
