Great! Quick shipping, well-packaged, and even came with a bonus cable. Most importantly, the phone was exactly as described.

Screen touch is not always responsive and refresh rate is visibility jittery. Phone screen is not factory original per Apple Store. Screen is not flush with phone bevel in certain places. Product fails to perform as iPhone 14 Pro Max.

SIM card was unable to be removed since the slot was broken. Using eSIM, this phone still worked. This was not mentioned in the listing, hence, the neutral rating.

Phone arrived with MDM. Seller responded with instructions for resetting and clearing MDM. If I had ordered this for someone else as a gift, the instructions would have been too technical.
